Section 21B
Assignable Responsibilities
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, if any post of the University is vacant, the Vice-Chancellor shall, in consultation with the Vice-Chancellor, assign the responsibility of the Vice-Chancellor to the most senior professor of the University for a maximum of three months until the position is filled.
